Dr. Candace Brewer                  National President

Dr. Candace Brewer has demonstrated her fervor and passion for addressing and correcting institutionalized social injustices.  Not one to shy from a challenge, Dr. Brewer has set lofty goals and clearly aims to do it all.  She has left no stone unturned in her quest to right every wrong which is brought to her attention.  She has proven herself to be an untiring social justice activist, private investigator, humanitarian, motivational speaker, youth mentor and Minister of the Gospel of Jesus Christ.  

Dr. Brewer comes well equipped to assume and manage these monumental tasks. She has earned several degrees including an Associate’s Degree with a concentration in Criminal Justice from Spartanburg Methodist College; a B.S., majoring in Criminal Justice, with a minor in I.T. from Virginia College; a Master’s Degree with a concentration in Law from Florida State University; both a B.A. and M.A. in Biblical Studies with a minor Business Management from God’s Glory Bible College; and to top it off, a Ph.D., in Theology and minor concentration in Divinity from Charter University.  In 2024, Dr. Brewer anticipates earning another Ph.D, a Doctorate of Ministry, from Deeper Bible College.

Dr. Brewer has dedicated over twenty-one years of her career formally advocating against civil rights violations.  At the present time, she works as a private investigator, specializing in crime scene reconstruction.  She has also served as a Notary Public in South Carolina for more than 12 years.  

Dr Brewer is the Pastor of Peace and Power Ministries, located in Greenville, S.C.

In addition, she provides consultation as a Master Life Coach.  Another project she has poured her heart into is a non-profit organization she founded and serves as CEO/President of, the South Carolina Chapter of Protect Our Stolen Treasures, (P.O.S.T.)  Her mission, through P.O.S.T. is to advocate for police accountability and to educate all communities on the dangers of gun violence.

Dr. Brewer has raised two sons, and more recently has taken on the responsibility of raising two nieces and a nephew. A timeless quote, attributed to Malcolm X, sums up Dr. Brewer’s character very well:

“I'm for truth, no matter who tells it. I'm for justice, no matter who it is for or against. I'm a human being, first and foremost, and as such I'm for whoever and whatever benefits humanity as a whole.”
